Brandon Bell, DVM, is the newest veterinarian to join the staff of Whispering Pines Pet Clinic. Originally from Kansas he has spent equal time in Kansas and California the last 8 years. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Stanford University in 2014 and then earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 2018.
As a new veterinarian hoping to eventually specialize in Avian medicine, he relishes the opportunity to work and learn from both Dr. Weber and Rich. His main interest is birds, but he has love for dogs, cats, rodents, rabbits, ferrets, and reptiles.
Being a longtime University of Kansas basketball fan he’s often up to date on college basketball, but his main love is the NBA (which he readily admits he cares way too much about). He’s a proud Stanford alumnus and keeps general tabs on all of his Kansas teams. When he is not watching basketball, Dr. Bell enjoys listening to and making music. This was fostered by a father who owned more than 600 CDs and time spent in high school and college performing with multiple instrumental groups. These days he enjoys playing various instruments like the trombone and guitar, as well as listening to new music every month. Dr. Bell is looking forward to interacting with the community and getting to know his clients and patients!
